Dojo Fitness is a hub for fitness classes aimed to enhance martial arts performance while improving general strength, stamina, speed, balance and flexibility. The exercises chosen help improve martial arts specific techniques AND make everyday movement far easier.

The classes are run in a Karate Dojo so shoes are removed and we train barefoot on the tatami mats, giving a constant balance and postural element to your training.

$20 casual class or $30 per week for unlimited classes
