Dojo Fitness is a hub for fitness classes aimed to enhance martial arts performance. Exercises chosen help improve martial arts specific techniques, strength, stamina, speed, balance and flexibiity.

The classes are run in a karate dojo so no shoes are allowed on the tatami mats, training is done barefoot.

BOOTCAMP and FIT2FITE classes.
$10 casual class or $25 per week for unlimited classes
