Do you want to get fit, but you just don’t know where to start? Take our 4 week challenge where we will guide you through the first steps on your fitness journey.

Each week we will work together so you can learn how to correctly exercise during your Personal Training session. You’ll be able to take part in as many of our Indoor Bootcamp, FIT2FITE and Yoga sessions as you like. These classes work across a wide variety of fitness principals including strength, conditioning, agility, coordination and flexibility. Every class is different and you exercise to your level, from novice to athlete.

Can you trust your trainer?

Your personal training sessions, and most of your classes will be taken by our head trainer, Sian Scott. Sian has an Honours Degree in Exercise & Sports Science from one of the top Universities in England for Sports Science. She has trained in the British Army at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Sian has regularly represented New Zealand for Karate where she is a past Oceania Champion ranking in the top 15 in the World at her peak.

Sian knows the theory as well as the practical for newcomers through to high performance athletes. You can be sure that her knowledge and expertise will help you achieve your targets.
