Experience
- Group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2010
- Trained at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (British Army) and placed in the top third for physical fitness
- Has been representing New Zealand in Karate and leads fitness sessions for the NZ National Karate Squad Training Camps since 2013
- Volunteered teaching sport and motor skills to children of all ages and abilities
- Volunteered working with the elderly who survived stroke and assisting in their exercise rehabilitative training
- Volunteered with The British Red Cross as an educator in teaching First Aid to vulnerable groups such as children in schools and refugees

- Previously successful international competitor – 5 times Oceania Champion and 2 time Commonwealth Champion
- Sensei (Teacher) with Jyoshinmon Shorin-Ryu Karate-do New Zealand with Yondan Grade (4th level black belt)
