Dojo Fitness is run out of  The Dojo in New Lynn, Auckland. All training is done inside without shoes – so no excuses about not training because of the weather!

Personal Training is available throughout the day upon request and subject to availability.
Sessions can be used for consultation in goal setting and nutrition planning, to accelerate learning of techniques and progressing ability and for injury rehabilitative purposes. » Read more
